4. Hometown:  Born in Gomez Palacio, Durango Mx, raised in Burlington, IA., currently living in Davenport, IA.

5. Favorite food:  Mom’s enchiladas and chile rellenos–and of course, menudo

6. Family: Christopher (husband), Bailey (perro), Sadie (perro), Kilo (rabbit), Snoopy (ferret), and two fish tanks–I won’t list their names for the sake of space.

7. Favorite music:  80’s music, golden oldies, R&B and hip hop

8. Favorite book:  Any book from Nicolas Sparks

9. Favorite movie:  The Notebook and Primal Fear

10. Famous person living or dead, I’d like to meet:  Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mother Theresa

11. In my spare time, I like to: Work out, jog, walk my dogs, play with my animals and read

12. If I could change one thing, I’d: Want people to become more proactive about their health and educate themselves about alternative medicine–not everything requires a pill to feel better
13.  Peak experience:    Graduating the MBA program with honors and marrying my husband

Rosie is originally from Burlington, IA but came to the Quad Cities to study at St. Ambrose University in Davenport.  Rosie participated in basketball for a short time while at the university and completed her bachelor’s degree in less than four years.  Rosie went on to graduate school at St. Ambrose and received her Masters degree as well.  Rosie worked for Oscar Mayer in Davenport as a supervisor before accepting a position as a claims representative for The Social Security Administration where she is currently employed.
