Mexican music icon Alejandro Fernández celebrates the day of love with the premiere of his long-awaited new album, ‘HECHO EN MÉXICO’, comprised of 11 stories of love and heartbreak. The album consists of 100% Mariachi music and pays tribute to the roots of this talented voice of Mexican music. Debuting as #1 in Mexico and the United States.
During a special event for his fans yesterday, “El Potrillo” made a live broadcast from Capitol Studios in Los Angeles, giving the audience a preview of some of the songs on his new album.
Additionally, the two singles released in advance have received high praise all around the world. “Caballero” has more than 74 million streams in all digital platforms combined, and quickly became a favorite for Latin America and the United States fans, leading digital and radio charts in both Mexico and the United States. His second single, “Te Olvidé,” which he released a few weeks ago, already has over 14 million combined streams on all digital platforms.
‘Hecho en México’ includes other great tracks such as “A Qué Sabe el Olvido,” “Más No Puedo” with Christian Nodal and “Mentí” with Vicente Fernández, and has the collaboration of composers like Luis Carlos Monroy, Jorge Massias and Chico Elizalde. The album was recorded between Barcelona, Los Angeles and New York and produced by the renowned Aureo Baqueiro.
