Immigration is front and center issue again. If you feel like you wish you could do something to help, consider participating in a special event called +Together Des Moines on Saturday, July 20 of 2019.
This Saturday, July 20, a handful of local restaurants are teaming up for +Together Des Moines and donating 10% of their sales that day directly to the Immigrants Rights Program directed by American Friends Service Committee-Iowa which provides crucial services to immigrants in Iowa. We need organizations like AFSC more than ever right now and encourage you to share this public event widely to friends, family, and the media. Â
