Mariachi Herencia de México is having a great Holiday season. Their video of the Mariachi version of the Christmas classic “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” has over 2.5 million views of Facebook.
Their are preparing for their Holidays shows from December 17-19 in Chicago. And to finish the year strong they have been invited to perform at President Joe Biden’s official holiday event at the White House.
“We’re excited to announce we will be performing for President Joe Biden’s official holiday event (along side some incredible artists and musicians)! What an honor! We are humbled and grateful for this amazing opportunity. We’re excited to share the beauty of mariachi music at The White House and represent our culture with all of our pride, passion and love for México.” Mariachi Herencia de México shared on their Facebook page.
In Performance at the White House is the name of the event and it will be a holiday season special to air on PBS on Dec. 21, with the program taped from Dec. 11-14.
