LULAC Council 306 in Des Moines, Iowa celebrated their 57 Annual Scholarship reception Saturday August 13, 2016 at the Southside Library in Des Moines, IA.
Mrs. Ila Plasencia President of LULAC Council 306 and Paula Plasencia the Past National VP for LULAC Youth presented 10 students with LULAC Scholarships and 1 more student with the Midwest Educational Resources Development Scholarship.
