October 2012: Pumpkins will be for sale and displayed in the outside gardens and Sun Garden. Scarecrows on exhibit starting
October 8th along with a hay bale maze. Special family events on Sunday afternoons 12-4PM in the west gardens and event canopy! Sunday events are free with paid admission to the Gardens. All Sunday events are included with general admission. Oct 7- Scarecrow Making! Pumpkin Extravaganza Opening! The Quad City Botanical Center will supple everything for your family to make their very own scarecrow. Scarecrows made that day will remain at the Botanical Center the month of October to be voted on. All children that bring their coloring contest drawing to the botanical center will receive a special surprise courtesy of Hola America. Valid until October 28.
