For those of us looking for traditional, clean label baked goods at inexpensive price, look to the Bakery of Cedar Rapids for those needs.
Traditional Mexican/South American Breads and tortillas in both corn (masa) and flour – Torta bread, Bolillos, Concha (Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry), Hornitos, Mantecadas, and various shapes of breads (pan).
Traditional european breads and pastry will follow. Carnitas, Lengua, and other Mexican meats will be available in tacos, burritos, and in bulk to take home. Self service bins for breads allow you to grab and get out quickly.
Traditional tacos, burritos, and Mexican sandwiches on freshly made breads and tortillas. Deli sandwiches and wraps will also be available on fresh baked breads.
Our goal is to give you a great breakfast or lunch in as quick a manner as possible as cheaply as possible. There will be seating for 40 in the dining room.
Our main goal is clean label foods – real ingredients in great tasting and quick meals. Looks for a cars and coffee here every weekend – our hope is to have car guys and gals to meet in our large parking lot and get together for whatever show is happening nearby. Easy access to 30 and I-380, just across from Plumb Supply on J-Street.
