Niabi Zoo invites everyone to celebrate their 50thanniversary season with a week of free admission.

Looking for something to do this week? Consider stopping by Niabi Zoo in Coal Valley. This week the zoo opens for its 50th anniversary season and to celebrate this important date the staff and the animals invite visitors this week for free until Friday, March 15.
Niabi Zoo has 3 new baby animals, a baby giraffe that was born last June; a baby colobus monkey born a couple of months ago and a baby zebu (a type of cow from South Asia) that was born a few weeks ago.

Niabi Zoo is open 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, including holidays. Admission is $7.25 for adults; $6.50 senior citizens (62+ years); $5.75 kids (3 – 12 years old); children 2 years old and under are free.
