The Des Moines Police Department said a teenager who was reported missing last week has been found.
The teen was reported to be missing from her home in the Indianola Hills neighborhood, police said.

The teen, who had been missing on May 27, had a medical condition that required her to have medication she did not have, according to the news release.
Police said the teen was found on June 2 and police reported that she was safe and healthy.
