Des Moines, IA– Legacy In Motion Academy is excited to announce its first Open House event, marking the first time the studio will open its doors to the public as it rolls out programming. The event will take place on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 315 E 5th Street, Des Moines, IA.
Legacy In Motion Academy is a new cultural and fitness center dedicated to promoting movement, art, and wellness through diverse classes and community events. The academy will offer a wide range of programs, including Capoeira, cultural dances, fitness classes, and special workshops from guest instructors — all designed to foster personal growth and connection through movement and cultural exploration.
The Open House will give the community a first look at the studio’s progress and future offerings. Guests can meet the owners, connect with a few of the instructors, and learn more about upcoming programs and events. The event will feature:
