Juan Hernandez is currently the souse chef at Steventon’s Fine Dining restaurant in LeClaire, IA.  Juan has worked his way up the kitchen ranks starting as a dishwasher in Chicago to the position he has today.  While working in Chicago kitchens, he has been fortunate enough to meet and cook for many celebrities and athletes like Jorge Campos, Michael Jordan, and Sammy Sosa.  Juan has had some hard times growing up Mexico and migrating to the United States but has pulled himself through the hard times and looks forward to the day that he will someday have his own restaurant.
