Eric Juarez is a young man has been involved in fitness since he was small child. His father, Mr. Virgilio Juarez, had run and owned a few martial arts gyms in the past. Virgilio Juarez is a 5th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do Karate and a Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. When Juarez was a little boy he always was spending time with his father in the gyms. Years have passed and now that little boy grew up to be a young man and together with his brother Emmanuel Juarez, he opened Ring of Champions.
“My father has owned many martial arts gyms in his life, so it was natural for my brother and I to open one when we moved to the Quad Cities,” Eric Juarez explained.
Ring of Champions is an academy for boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Besides helping create champions, this gym also offers opportunities for anyone looking to get in shape. Eric Juarez is a certified group fitness instructor. He just recently received his certificate from American Council on Exercise and now he is happy to help anybody to learn to exercise right.
