The Executive Director for Casa QC, formerly known as Casa Guanajuato, Anjanette Swingle has resigned after a little over 1 year in that position.
Below is her letter to community leaders,
Friends,
The Board of Directors has accepted my resignation as Executive Director for CasaQC. My last day will be August 21, 2015. It has been a fantastic year filled with challenges, fun, and blessings. The greatest gift of all has been my new relationships, my staff, and the opportunity to work with each of you.
I still believe strongly in the mission and future of CasaQC, and will remain a champion of the organization.
The board will begin their search immediately for a replacement ED. Per early conversations, the goal is to find someone who 1) is committed to our mission, 2) can foster positive community support, 3) has fundraising, grant-seeking and grant-management experience, and 4) has demonstrated the ability to follow-through. I’m certain they will be reaching out for potential candidates, and would welcome any input from the community regarding my replacement.
I wish everyone the best, but will not say goodbye – only “until we meet again.”
