Summer is getting closer and closer to its end and school is about to start, but that does not mean that the fun should stop. East Moline Main Street Association invites everyone in the community to the Freedom Fest that will take place August 19 from 1:00 PM to Midnight at downtown East Moline on 15th Avenue.

This is one of the biggest events for East Moline and there is a lot to do and a lot of fun and games to enjoy. Freedom Fest, a family friendly event, will start with a variety of demonstrations.  There will be dynamic demonstration from Nyquist’s Roundhouse Martial Arts and an energetic fun demo from She Z Studio (Zumba Fitness). Jessie White Tumblers will wow the crowd with their best gymnastic moves and the Police K9 unit will make a presentation as well. The Mayor will join with the Military for the Project Toy Drop.
