The 2009 US tour began in Indiana, and Davenport in the QC is the second city being visited by the circus.

During the visit to our community, HOLA AMÉRICA conversed with a likable character from this show, it’s about “Piolita” the clown preferred by adults and children alike.

Jorge Videla, known as “Piolita,” was born in Argentina and comes from a five generation family of clowns. “Everyone in my family has been a clown, my father, my uncles, my grandparents, my great-grandfathers, and even my great-great-grandfather, and now my two sons 7 and 4 years old are clowns ,” “Piolita” pride fully tells us.

“We are very excited as the day gets closer in which we’ll be in the Quad Cities, I’ve been to that area some time ago and I love the public, I believe that the people are very circusy, we felt how they enjoyed the show and that’s the most important for all artists, an enthusiastic public, attentive and one that enjoys the spectacle it’s the best motivation for us,” adds  Emiliano Fusco.
