Sanz prepares for his streaming concert on December 5th, 2020.
Alejandro Sanz triumphed once again at the Latin GRAMMYs, as he took home last night the prestigious ‘Record of the Year’ award for his majestic rendition of one of Joaquín Sabina’s most celebrated songs, “Contigo”.
A historic achievement for Sanz, this marks the second year in a row the artist obtains the Latin Grammy for Record of the Year. The feat crowns him as the Spanish artist with the most Grammy wins in history, amassing 25 Latin Grammy in addition to 4 Grammy Awards.
Alejandro Sanz has sold over 25 million albums and has collaborated with a variety of renowned artists from all over the world, such as Alicia Keys, Shakira, Destiny’s Child, Laura Pausini, the Corrs, Ivete Sangalo, Emeli Sandé, Juanes, Juan Luis Guerra, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Fernández, Camila Cabello, Nicky Jam and the legendary Tony Bennett. “Un Beso En Madrid” is his latest collaboration with young Argentinian artist, TINI, and its official music video has accumulated over 12 million views.
On December 5th, Sanz will return to the virtual stage to offer a unique streaming concert under the IRREPETIBLE (Unrepeatable) concept. Directly from the singer’s native Madrid, the concert will be broadcast via livestream to the entire world in a spectacular, never-before-seen event with a repertoire selected exclusively for the occasion. Accompanied by a band composed mostly of musicians from his tours, Sanz will perform a combination of different versions of his greatest hits as well as songs never previously performed live along with some surprises.
The concert will be a unique opportunity to enjoy a personal, intimate and very different Alejandro Sanz concert.
