Rental payments for property –
You can deduct the rent you pay for property that you use for rental purposes. If you buy a leasehold for rental purposes, you can deduct an equal part of the cost each year over the term of the lease.

Refund on a late filed return – If you were due a refund but you did not file a return, you generally must file your return within 3 years from the date the return was due (including extensions) to get that refund.

Split refunds – If you choose direct deposit of your refund, you may be able to split the refund into two or three accounts.
