The BYNC is hosting its 26th Annual “Fiesta Back of the Yards,” a three-day street festival\u00a0featuring live entertainment, rides & games, dozens of food vendors, talent show and\u00a0“Miss Belleza Chiquita” pageant. “Fiesta” provides a safe, family-friendly environment to\u00a0all in attendance while they celebrate the area’s culturally-rich identity. “Fiesta” also\u00a0promotes a positive image of the community, which is all-too-often tainted by senseless\u00a0street violence and crime. This year’s entertainment will be headlined by La Nueva\u00a0Sonora Santanera, Sonora Dinamita de Colombia and Lorenzo Vega “El Mil Amores.” \u00a0Some special promotions that will be featured at this year’s event include: free samples\u00a0and inflatable games provided by McDonald’s, Goya products and Starbucks’\u00a0DoubleShot Energy. Fiesta is made possible, in part, by many proud sponsorships,\u00a0including: McDonald’s Hispanic Owner-Operator Association (MHOA), ComCast, ComEd,\u00a0Coca-Cola, Goya, Chicago White Sox, Harmony Health, Starbucks, Dr. Pepper, AT&T and\u00a0La Que Buena.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
