Tampoco califican los carritos de golf, veh\u00edculos para uso fuera de carretera ni modelos con una velocidad m\u00e1xima inferior a 45 millas por hora.<\/p>\n<p>El precio base de venta no puede superar los $80,000. Illinois excluye impuestos, registro y ciertos productos adicionales de ese c\u00e1lculo cuando aparecen separados en el contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la compra debe realizarse en un concesionario autorizado por el secretario de Estado de Illinois. Los arrendamientos, las compras en concesionarios de otros estados y los veh\u00edculos recibidos fuera de Illinois quedan excluidos.<\/p>\n<p>Un veh\u00edculo usado tampoco puede haber recibido antes este reembolso. Illinois EPA utiliza el n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n vehicular, o VIN, para comprobarlo.<\/p>\n<h2>El comprador conservar\u00e1 el auto registrado en Illinois durante 12 meses<\/h2>\n<p>La persona debe residir en Illinois tanto al comprar el veh\u00edculo como al recibir el pago. Asimismo, tendr\u00e1 que conservar la propiedad y el registro estatal durante al menos 12 meses consecutivos desde la fecha de compra.<\/p>\n<p>El programa solo acepta solicitudes de individuos. Empresas, gobiernos, organizaciones y fideicomisos no pueden recibir el reembolso.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, un solicitante no puede haber recibido otro reembolso bajo este programa durante los 10 a\u00f1os anteriores. El veh\u00edculo tampoco puede tener un reembolso previo asociado con su VIN.<\/p>\n<h2>La solicitud por correo necesita cuatro tipos de documentos<\/h2>\n<p>Illinois no acepta solicitudes por correo electr\u00f3nico, fax ni entrega personal. El paquete impreso debe incluir:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Una copia del contrato de compra firmado, factura o acuerdo de venta emitido por el concesionario de Illinois.<\/li>\n<li>Comprobante de pago o documentos del pr\u00e9stamo que cubran la cantidad adeudada al concesionario.<\/li>\n<li>Copia del registro de Illinois o del permiso temporal entregado por el concesionario.<\/li>\n<li>Formulario W-9 o W-8 del IRS, seg\u00fan corresponda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, un representante del concesionario debe completar y firmar la secci\u00f3n correspondiente del formulario.
