Texas. The case will determine the constitutionality of President Obama\u2019s executive actions on immigration that expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and created Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are gratified by the U.S. Supreme Court\u2019s decision to review the constitutionality of President Obama\u2019s executive actions on immigration,\u201d said LULAC National President Roger C.
