The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center promotes a \u201cLeave No Man Behind\u201d campaign as they prepare for their Prostate Cancer Awareness and Testing Summit. The Summit is to be held on Saturday, June 27, 9 \u2013 11 a.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center in Rock Island.<\/p>\n

The Summit is free and open to the public. Registration is required, to register call 309.732.2999, mlkmail@rigov.org. \u00a0All registered participants will receive a free breakfast from 9 \u2013 9:30 a.m. \u00a0The program begins at 9:30 a.m. and includes the free prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test for men 40+ years old, face-to-face interaction with survivors and will hear from a special guest speaker.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u201cIt is very important for males to be educated on this topic. We are promoting prostate cancer awareness so men know the current state of their heath and to be proactive. We are working to rally our community to confront the crisis together with a call to action and we will \u201cLeave No Man Behind.\u201d With our generous sponsors we are able to provide this to the community at no cost.
