Louisa \u201cTerronez\u201d Ewert, Rock Island County Treasurer was recognized as the 2014 Zone IV \u00a0\u201cTreasurer of the Year\u201d for Distinguished Service to the Illinois County Treasurer\u2019s Association.<\/p>\n

This is the 2nd year in a row that Louisa has been honored with this award. She was previously the ICTA Zone IV Chairperson from Fall of 2012 until January of 2015. Last fall she was selected to serve as Secretary on the Executive Board of the ICTA \u00a0and is also a member of the ICTA Legislative Committee.<\/p>

The ICTA represents County Treasurers from all 102 Counties within the State and is divided into 4 Zones.<\/p>\n

Presentation of the plaque was given on April 28, 2015 at the Illinois Association of County Officials-Spring Conference in Springfield, IL.<\/p>\n
