Omaha, NE \u2013<\/b> The Consulate of Mexico in Omaha<\/a>, Nebraska is pleased to announce the Call for the formation of the Marching Band and Escort of the Consulate of Mexico<\/a> in Omaha. Both groups will represent our pride of being Mexican and the love we have for our flag and our country.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this way, all Mexicans, regardless of their age, who have previous experience in the formation of a Marching Band and Escort are invited to make their debut in the celebration of \u201cEl Grito 2024\u201d, in the month of September. The selected group will demonstrate their artistic skills and will have the honor of carrying our national flag to Mexico in the civic event of Mexico’s Independence Day on September 14th at the Plaza de la Raza.\u00a0 The call for entries will be open from the date of publication until July 1, 2024.<\/span><\/p>
