Since 1973, Mexican Fiesta has been bringing the sound, culture, and taste of M\u00e9xico and Latin American countries to Milwaukee\u2019s lakefront. Celebrate three days of fun, food, Mariachi, and Fiesta this coming August 22nd, 23rd, & 24th, 2014 at the Summerfest grounds. Los Tigres del Norte will headline the first day of this celebration at the BMO Harris Pavillion.<\/p>\n

Mexican Fiesta encourages individuals from all ethnic backgrounds to share the beauty of Latin Countries\u2019 history, art, music, and food.<\/p>

The attractive Cultural Pavilion will display an extraordinary show and exhibition of the Mexican arts & crafts from more than 100 artisans coming directly from different states of M\u00e9xico. Where the past and the present come alive through the crafts, folkloric dances music and craft workshops. Also, you can enjoy our traditional freshly baked bread “Pan de Feria” by master baker Carlos Roldan from the State of Hidalgo, M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

\"\"As a tradition, we will count with the presence of Our Lady of Zapopan, coming directly from Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. The sanctuary honoring Our Lady of Zapopan will be open for the three days of the festival from noon to midnight. Confessions will be heard from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each day. On Sunday, join us in the lakefront procession at 10:15 a.m. followed by Mass.<\/p>\n

Plenty of different activities will be hosted during Mexican Fiesta 2014 for the entire family, Soccer Tournaments, Contest, Midway Rides, Children\u2019s Area & Stage, Rock en Espa\u00f1ol Stage, Commercial Expo, Community & Health Fair Pavilion, Hotwheelz 2014 – Car & Motorcycle show, Art Gallery, Science Expo, Genealogy Exhibit and Much More.<\/p>\n
