In order to improve traffic safety in the state of Illinois in January of 2013, Illinois governor signed a senate bill that would allow undocumented immigrants to obtain temporary visitor driver\u2019s license (TVDL). In order to begin a process of obtaining TVDL, applicants are required to set an appointment at the office of Secretary of State. Applicants will have to show up for the appointment with required documents.<\/p>\n

For those who do not understand English well there is someone in the Quad Cities who can help them to set an appointment with the office of Secretary of State.
