En septiembre de 2019, el director de recursos humanos de Swift supuestamente le dijo a Black que la empresa estaba limitando unilateralmente su uso de la FMLA a dos veces por mes y dos d\u00edas por licencia.<\/p>\n<p>Esa acci\u00f3n fue supuestamente parte de un esfuerzo m\u00e1s grande de la compa\u00f1\u00eda para desalentar a los empleados de ejercer sus derechos bajo la FMLA. Una semana despu\u00e9s, Black fue despedido, supuestamente por &#8220;abandonar el trabajo&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Swift Pork Co. hace negocios en Iowa como JBS Foods.
