Go easy on the fruit juices.&nbsp; Milk, low fat or fat free, if you can&rsquo;t consume milk chose lactose free products or other sources of calcium.&nbsp; Meat and beans go lean on protein.&nbsp; Chose low fat or lean meat and poultry, bake it, broil it or grill it.&nbsp; Vary your choices with more fish, beans, peas, nuts and seeds.&nbsp; Each person has different calorie needs.&nbsp; This definitely is not a one size fits all case.&nbsp; This website will also help you calculate how many calories your body needs depending on your height, age and gender.
